Neighborhoods
BLUE HERON
The Blue Heron neighborhood is located in Western Lake Oswego. It is bordered by Bryant, Westridge, Childs, and Palisades neighborhoods. Lake Oswego lake is to the North.
BRYANT
The Bryant neighborhood lies in the far southwest quadrant of Lake Oswego. It’s bordered to the north by the tip of Lake Grove, to the south by Rosewood and Childs, to the West by Rosewood, and to the east by Blue Heron.
COUNTRY CLUB DISTRICT
The Country Club District lies on the North side of the lake in the north east part of Lake Oswego and is the location for the Oswego Lake Country Club.
FIRST ADDITION
The First Addition neighborhood lies north of Lakewood Bay and is known for it’s numerous shops and salons.
FOREST HIGHLANDS
The Forest Highlands neighborhood is at the Northern part of Lake Oswego. Known for open spaces and large estates.
GLENMORRIE
Glenmorrie neighborhood is south of Lakewood Bay and borders the WIlliamette River to the east.
HALLINAN
The Hallinan neighborhood sits between Johns Landing, Lake Oswego and the Williamette River to the northeast with countless amenities.
LAKE GROVE
Lake Grove, located west of Oswego Lake, south of the Mountain Park neighborhood boasts a wonderful swim park and some of the towns older developments.
MOUNTAIN PARK
Nestled in the hills above Lake Oswego, Mountain Park is an award-winning planned community, residents enjoy a wealth of amenities.
OLD TOWN
The Old Town neighborhood is located in Northeastern Lake Oswego. It is bordered by the Foothills, Lakewood and Hallinan neighborhoods. Lake Oswego lake is to the West and the Willamette River borders this neighborhood to the East.

Lake Oswego is known for its natural beauty including mountain views, Oswego Lake, and the Willamette River.
PALISADES
The Palisades neighborhood is situated on the South side of the lake in the South central portion of Lake Oswego.
