In early 2008, I became a licensed residential broker in the Portland Metro: working with both buyers and sellers. It was the very beginning of the sub-prime mortgage crisis and a difficult time to establish a presence in a competitive market. The economic climate pushed me to develop a CLIENT CENTERED business model, which I still employ today.
My career in real estate originated in commercial property management after graduating from the University of Puget Sound. I worked for the owner and operator of the KOIN Center–the most distinguished building on the Portland Skyline. I’m grateful for my time in tenant relations, especially because I met my husband, Joe, in the hallway! My husband’s career took us on stints up and down the West Coast from San Francisco to Gig Harbor, Washington. With two small boys, I transitioned from a real estate professional to an investor: successfully managing rentals and fix-and-flips.
After a disappointing experience hiring an agent to buy and sell our investments, I transitioned back to a residential broker committed to providing clients with exceptional communication and tangible results. My success as your agent is defined by your satisfaction in the entire process, not only closing the transaction.
With a decade’s worth of experience in multiple facets of the industry: commercial tenant relations, residential property management, representing residential buyers, sellers, and investors—it is my privilege to use my expertise to achieve my clients’ goals. Partnering with Oswego Real Estate Group is an extension of my belief that participating in the industry should be both accessible and a deeply gratifying experience.
